LARS S. HYBERG is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney with primary areas of practice in Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Law, Premises Liability and Insurance Agents' Errors and Omissions. 

Born in 1954, he graduated with honors from Rutgers University in 1976 and obtained his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 1979. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1979 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1985.

Mr. Hyberg is a Past President of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and served as a Trustee, 1990 - 2004.  He has been recognized by other attorneys with the highest available peer rating of "AV" by Martindale Hubbell and as a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  He successfully tried and recovered one of the largest civil judgments in the history of Atlantic County. 

Mr. Hyberg is a member and past Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association as well as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association,  American Bar Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey.   He has served as an  Arbitrator for 20 years for the American Arbitration Association, the New Jersey Superior Court Arbitration Program and for private litigants.  He served as a member of the New Jersey Insurance Commissioners Task Force on Medical Malpractice Insurance (1984-1985) and has served as a lecturer at a number of Continuing Legal Education courses. 

Mr. Hyberg has established new law in New Jersey through appearances before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division with over a dozen reported Appellate and Supreme Court decisions.
