JOSEPH B. WHITE has specialized in handling workers' compensation cases for 25 years and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Worker's Compensation Law Attorney, a distinction he has maintained since certification was first offered in April 1998. Born in 1954, Mr. White obtained his B.S. in Economics from Villanova University in 1976 and his J.D. from Saint Louis University, graduating cum laude in 1980. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1980 and the New Jersey bar and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1981. Mr. White is a longstanding member of the Atlantic County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey. He proudly served as Co-Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of the ATLA-NJ Boardwalk Seminar from 1995-2003. Mr. White has been recognized with the preeminent rating of "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, the world's leading reference source for attorneys. Mr. White is also a Master of The Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court.
