ERIC D. MANN concentrates his law practice to the representation of community associations and has developed an extensive practice in the South Jersey region. In addition, Mr. Mann maintains both a litigation and commercial practice, including insurance law, real estate and business law. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Born in 1960, Mr. Mann obtained his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1983 and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1986. Following law school, he served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Gerald Weinstein, the presiding judge of New Jersey Superior Court, Atlantic County, from 1986 to 1987. Mr. Mann was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1986 and the Pennsylvania State Bar, also in 1986. He is licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Mann Has served as a Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association and is a past editor of the Bar Association magazine, The Docket. Mr. Mann's memberships include the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association. Mr. Mann has been a member in good standing for many years of the Community Association Institute and previously served as the chairman of the South Jersey Committee. He has served as a member of the Community Association Institute Legislative Action Committee and serves as a frequent speaker for the Community Association Institute. Areas of practice include Community Association Law, litigation, real estate, insurance and business law. |
